With great preparation work to guarantee a safe workplace, Zhongyi was among the first 278 companies in Qiantang New District to be approved to resume operations on 11 February while COVID-19 epidemic had been gradually brought under control in Zhejiang, China. Thanks to our staff, all works are being carried out in an orderly manner.

Zhongyi thinks highly about social responsibility and has been making contributions to the community since the outbreak of COVID 19. More than 2,968,000 dollars was donated to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic before 21 February. With its expertise in medical device industry, Zhongyi sent more than 50 sets of disinfection channels valued at over 424,000 dollars to key COVID-19 prevention and control units, mainly to medical institutions. These channels contained the most advanced disinfection sprayers used in purification workshop of pharmaceutical factories and the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants which were regarded as the safest disinfectants. The cost of each set is ten times that of ordinary disinfection channel.

Although the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 is rising, Chinese government has been taking the strongest measures to combat the coronavirus epidemic and more and more patients are cured and discharged from hospitals. While Hubei Province is mainly focusing on controlling the spread of COVID-19 and treating patients, cities outside Hubei, like here in Hangzhou are working to get things back to normal, especially the economy.
